NAAC 'A' Grade, NBA Accredited for 7 UG programs under Tier 1 CVR College of Engineering is accredited by NAAC with 'A' Grade from 2016 to 2021 (in the process of renewal). The college is also accredited by NBA (National Board of Accreditation) in Tier-1 for seven of its UG programs - EIE for a period of 3 years from 2024-2027, CSE, Civil, Mechanical, IT for a period of 3 years (2025-2028) and ECE, EEE for a period of 6 years (2022-2028). Record Placements The college has been creating records year after year. In spite of a huge recession year with about 75 companies visiting CVR and above 900 placements for the 2023-24 academic year, it is the highest among the peer group of colleges. The average salary increased to a new high. The highest offer is a remarkable Rs. 33,00,000 and more than 100 students got offers with high salaries, a new record. Program Outcomes (POs)

Engineering Graduates will be able to:

  • PO1. Engineering knowledge: Apply the knowledge of mathematics, science, engineering fundamentals, and of engineering specialization to the solution of complex engineering problems.
  • PO2. Problem analysis: Identify, formulate and analyze complex engineering problems to reach substantiated conclusions using first principles of mathematics, natural sciences, and engineering sciences.
  • PO3. Design/develop solutions: Design solutions for complex engineering problems and design system components or processes that meet the specified needs with appropriate consideration for public health and safety, cultural, societal, and environmental aspects.
  • PO4. Conduct investigations of complex problems: Use research-based knowledge and research methods, including review of research literature, design of experiments, analysis and interpretation of data, and synthesis of the information to provide valid conclusions.
  • PO5. Modern tool usage: Create, select, and apply appropriate techniques, resources, and modern engineering and IT tools, including prediction and modeling, to complex engineering activities with an understanding of the limitations.
  • PO6. The engineer and society: Apply reasoning, informed by contextual knowledge, to assess societal, health, safety, legal and cultural issues and the consequent responsibilities relevant to professional engineering practice.
