International Conference &Exposition on Mechanical, Material and Manufacturing Technology (ICE3MT-2020)
The International Conference & Exposition on Mechanical, Material and Manufacturing Technology (ICE3MT2020) was held virtually during 9th and 10th October, 2020 at Hyderabad, Telangana State, India. The conference was organized by Department of Mechanical Engineering, CVR COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING, Hyderabad, Telangana State, India. The aim of the conference was to bring together the researchers, engineers, academicians, students and other delegates from all over the globe to exchange new ideas, research findings and practical challenges encountered, and the solutions adopted in the field of Mechanical, Material and Manufacturing Engineering. The prospective themes such as micro, nano and smart materials, composite materials, metals, ceramics, building materials, advances in material science, materials forming, fracture mechanics, welding, corrosion, manufacturing techniques, machining of materials, green manufacturing, surface engineering, modeling and simulation of manufacturing processes, etc. were discussed during the conference. The ICE3MT2020 conference received around 400 papers from many countries such as India, Malaysia, Russia, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Vietnam, Australia, China, UAE, Italy, South Africa, Thailand, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Bangladesh, Iran, Iraq, Turkey, South Korea, Norway, etc. The editorial board strove to bring out the quality in the special issue through an external and independent review process by assigning at least two reviewers per each paper. Consequently, 50% of the submitted papers (i.e. around 200 papers) were accepted to present in the conference and were included in the proceedings. Proceedings were published in Elsevier-Materials Today. Altogether, more than 350 participants attended the conference from National and International institutions/organizations.
