Dr. B.N. Malleswara Rao, Ph.D.

Dr. B. N. Malleswara Rao had obtained AMIE (Civil Engineering) degree from Institution of Engineers. He obtained M.Tech. and Ph.D degrees in Civil Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Warangal. He is having 24 years of industry and teaching experience. 

Dr. B. N. Malleswara Rao began his career in teaching in the year 1998 and was elevated as Professor in 2011. He has published 43 research papers in international journals and conferences. He completed 05 sponsored research projects of worth Rs. 42.35 lakhs under different schemes of AICTE, DST and UGC. He was selected as a Young Scientist by Department of Science and Technology (DST), New Delhi, under Fast Track Proposal for Young Scientists. He was the recipient of G. M. NAWATHE National award for the best research paper for the year 2004 by the Indian Society for Hydraulics (ISH), Pune. He is a Fellow of Institution of Engineers and Life member of professional bodies like ISTE, IAH, IUT and IAHS (UK). His current research areas are: GIS & Watershed Management, Rainfall-Runoff Modeling, Urban Flooding Mapping and Modeling.

As Associate Dean for Approvals & Infrastructure, he deals with the affiliation process of JNTUH university as well as the approval process of AICTE. His responsibilities also include addressing all the related infrastructure requirements.

Dr. C. Ramesh, Ph.D.

Dr. C. Ramesh obtained his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from JNTUH University, Hyderabad, in 2022. He received his M.Tech in Computer Science from the University College of Engineering, JNTUH, Hyderabad, in 2005, and his Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science and Engineering from MJCET College, Hyderabad, in 2000. He began his teaching career as an Assistant Professor in the CSE department, CVR College of Engineering, in 2001, and was subsequently promoted to Associate Professor and Professor. He was ratified as an Associate Professor by JNTUH, Hyderabad, in 2010. He has also been serving as Associate Dean of Student Affairs since 2023.

Prof.Ramesh teaches subjects related to Full Stack Java, Web Technologies, Web Engineering, Semantic Web and Social Networks, Web Services, Data Mining, and Database Management Systems. His research interests include Data Mining, Semantic Web Mining, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing.

Beyond his academic contributions, he served as a member of the Board of Studies, CSE, CVR College of Engineering. MTech CSE coordinator from 2006-2011. Presently he is also a member of the Academic Council, CSE department, CVR College of Engineering. He also served as a financial coordinator for the International Conference (MIWAI '23) organized by the CSE department. He has been a resource person for many Faculty Development Programs on Java courses conducted by various departments in the college. He provides academic advising and counseling support to students and oversees mentoring activities to promote their academic and professional excellence. He also gives placement training for students on the Java Full Stack courses.
