Dr. M. S. Bhat had worked more than two decades in ECIL. He was the professor and Director at JNTU, Hyderabad for more than 16 years. He is associated with CVRCE from 2009 onwards. He is currently spearheading the department of EIE since 2013. He has guided more than 24 PhD. Scholars. Also he has more than 80 publications to his credit.
